“There was only a box of milk there...” - This customer was referring to the lack of biscuits which was purely a mistake not the documentation etc within the apartment. Had they let us know while they were there we would have had a pack taken to them. As we say to all our guests, if there are any questions or any problems at any point please get in touch, if they don't we cannot sort them out

“Yes pack was very useful especially when sorting out the smoke alarm which was bleeping at 3am due to low battery backup. To be fair this happens at home but why always me !!! LOL” - smoke alarm batteries are checked as part of our regular safety inspections but as much as we’d love to avoid this occasionally we cant ! Sorry......
