Handover:
The apartment is available from 2pm on the first day and must be vacated by 10am on the last day - unless agreed differently in advance with the owner. It would be appreciated if the apartment can be left tidy and reasonably clean ready for the next guests with all pots washed and put away and all bins emptied.
Pets:
Well behaved pets may be allowed into the apartment but are subject to agreement upfront with the owner of the apartment, are subject to additional terms and conditions and a small charge. Once you have paid and agreed to the pet terms and conditions then for any further visits your pet is free and we don’t ask you to confirm the terms and conditions again. Please contact me for further details.
Good Behaviour Bond:
Note: On some occasions we may ask for a fully refundable good behaviour bond, this is based on previous experience and will be refunded as soon as our cleaner has verified the there are no issues with the apartment
